2. Free Trials
Your membership may start with a free trial. which allows you to enjoy a Service Subscription for five (5) days without charge, as specified during registration. Your premium account subscription period will begin once you successfully complete your payment details during registration, unless you choose a different membership after completing the payment details. During sign-up, you will be notified if you are eligible for a free trial.
After the Free Trial period ends and if you did not cancel the Service subscription, your subscription will be automatically renewed and billed based on the agreed terms. However, if your payment card or bank account declines the Renew Fee charge, we will attempt to charge it again ("Second Charge Attempt"). If the charge is declined in the Second Charge Attempt, your membership will not be renewed, and you will be charged a GBP1.98 registration fee.
If for any reason, Your Card or Your bank account do not accept Service fee charges, You will have a period of fifteen (15) days from the date your payment was declined, to make your payment card or your bank account valid by either rectifying any issue with your payment card or your bank account or by providing a new payment card number or bank account to us.
3. Billing
By starting your membership, you agree that we are authorized to charge you a monthly membership fee and any other applicable charges to the Payment Method you provided during registration.
Prices for each product, including taxes (VAT), are listed on the website. . We may offer discounts or promotions at our discretion, clearly indicating the previous and offer prices. You will be notified via email about any fee adjustments. To continue using the Service Subscription after fee adjustments, you must agree to the new price terms. If you do not accept the new terms, you can cancel the Service Subscription.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time, and you will have access to the Service until the end of your monthly billing period. To cancel your account, you can go to your account settings or contact us by phone or email.

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the service in the 5 days trial after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
